1. Click on Start -> Control Panel
2. Double click on "Network and Dial-up Connections"

1. Click on Start -> Control Panel
2. Double click on "Network and Dial-up Connections"
3. Right click on your IGS connection choose "Properties"
4. Change the Dial-up number to 905-377-1931
5. Go to the Networking tab along the top and click on the "settings"
button
6. The only box you want checked is use LCP extensions, take the others out.
7. Click "ok"
The next time you log on you will need to use the following username format:
idm/avalon/username
