1. Click on Start -> Control Panel -> Dial-up Networking
2. Right click on your IGS connection choose "Properties"

3. Change the Dial-up number to 905-377-1931

4. Go to the Networking tab along the top and if "Enable Software Compression" is checked, take it out.

5. Click "ok"

The next time you log on you will need to use the following username format: idm/avalon/username
