1. Click on Start -> Control Panel
2. Click on Switch to classic view or if already in classic view go to next step.
3 . Double click on "Network Connections"

3 . Double click on "Network Connections"
4 . Right Click on your IGS connection and choose "Properties"
5 . Change the Dial-up number to 905-377-1931
6 . Go to the Networking tab along the top and click on the "settings"
button
7 . The only box you want checked is use LCP extensions, take the others out.
8 . Click "ok" and "ok" again
The next time you log on you will need to use the following username format:
idm/avalon/username
