Come relax and enjoy our beautiful countryside, the colorful sunsets, our attractions, and of course the always excellent Wall-eye, pickerel, muskie, bass, perch, blue-gill, sunfish and crappie fishing. There's something for the whole family. Tam-Bir Cottages is located on the south shore of historic and picturesque Rice Lake just 15 miles north of Lake Ontario and 80 miles east of Toronto. See Map

Restaurants, churches, and stores are close by. There are also golf courses, tennis courts, and many tourist attractions in the area within easy driving distance. A government pier is nearby for advanced swimmers.

About our Cottages and Accommodations

• 12 lakefront cottages with sun decks 40 feet from the shoreline

• each has a refrigerator, stove,  heater, TV, and microwave

• all are equipped with three piece bathroom with shower

• one, two, & three bedroom cottages with double beds and pillows

• equipped with pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, and coffee maker

• linen/blankets and towels are not supplied!

• artesian well water

• the grounds are level with no hills to climb

·         weekly check-in time: Saturday 1:00 P.M.

·         check-out: following Saturday 9:00 A.M.

·         guest visitations must be pre-approved...daily charge is $10.00 per person.

·         all quiet after 11:00 P.M. please!

·         gas BBQ at each cottage
